Children ages 4-15 years of age based on their birthday this calendar year can play. If this is the first year for them playing here in Pahrump, we need to see their birth certificate either by email or picture. Accepted types of payment include Debit, Credit or Pre-paid Card.

It is encouraged each player bring their own ball. Each player needs to bring their own water bottle with name. 

All Coaches will be trained for level of play and will have passed the Background Check.


REFUND POLICY: 
Once a player has registered, there are no refunds of the $27.50 AYSO National Membership/Insurance Fee. All refund requests must be in writing. Once player is placed on a team no refunds can be given.  

The Region 808 Registration fee and AYSO Annual Player fee include:

• Coaching from our AYSO trained volunteers.
• Full uniform including jersey, shorts, and socks.
• A picture package to capture your soccer memories.
• National Fee.
• Player insurance.
• Fields: Use of the fields and field maintenance.
